COMUNICAZIONE SETTIMANALE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE RELATIVAMENTE AL PERIODO 31 OTTOBRE – 4 NOVEMBRE 2022
Milano, 8 novembre 2022 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati del mondo nel settore fieristico e congressuale, annuncia di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 31 ottobre e il 4 novembre 2022 n. 22.250 azioni proprie ad un prezzo medio ponderato giornaliero di euro 3,09 per azione per un controvalore di euro 68.803 nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie comunicato al mercato in data 13 ottobre 2022 e avviato in data 24 ottobre 2022, in seguito all'autorizzazione ottenuta da parte dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti il 22 aprile 2022 e alla deliberazione assunta dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 13 ottobre 2022. Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato indipendente Equita SIM S.p.A.

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD 31 OCTOBER – 4 NOVEMBER 2022
Milan, 8 November 2022 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, announces to have acquired during the period from 31 October 2022 to 4 November 2022 no. 22,250 treasury shares at a weighted average price of Euro 3,09 for a total countervalue of Euro 68,803 under the buyback program of treasury shares communicated to the market on October 13 and launched on October 24, 2022 as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 22, 2022 and pursuant to the resolution approved on October 13, 2022 by the Board of Directors. The purchases were made through the independent authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A.
