NOTICE OF PROVISION TO THE PUBLIC OF THE OFFER DOCUMENT RELATING TO THE PARTIAL VOLUNTARY PUBLIC PURCHASE OFFER CONCERNING ORDINARY SHARES

Milan, 11 November 2022 – The Offer Document relating to the partial voluntary public purchase offer concerning ordinary shares has been filed, together with the Acceptance Form, pursuant to and within the terms of law, at the registered office located at via Bernardino Telesio 18, 20145 Milan and transmitted to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and Consob. It is also available on the Company's website, www.openjobmetis.it in the Investor Relations - Public Purchase Offers section as well as through the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage ().

A copy of the Offer Document has also been made available to the public at the registered office of the intermediary responsible for coordinating the collection of acceptances, Equita SIM S.p.A, with registered office in Milan 20121, via Filippo Turati 9.
