KME SE ELECTS TO REDEEM IN ADVANCE ITS € 300 MILLION 6¾% SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2023
Milan, 28th November 2022 – Further to its press release published on 25th November 2022, KME Group S.p.A. informs that today its subsidiary KME SE has elected to proceed to the early redemption of the remaining € 110 million, of its € 300 million 6¾% senior secured notes due 2023, with value date 8th December 2022.
