Partial demerger of Tecmarket Servizi S.p.A. in favour of Banco BPM S.p.A: notice of filing of documents

Milan, 30 November 2022 – With reference to the press release of 20 October 2022, it is hereby announced that, as from today's date, available to the public are, in accordance with applicable regulations, at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as well as published on the website of Banco BPM S.p.A. www.gruppo.bancobpm.it (section "Investor Relations > Corporate operations > 2022 – Demerger Tecmarket") and on the authorised storage mechanism's website , the minutes of Banco BPM's Board of Directors' meeting of 22 November 2022 approving, pursuant to the combined provisions of articles 2506-ter, last paragraph, and article 2505, second paragraph, of the Italian Civil Code, as well as article 24.2.3. of the Articles of Association, of the plan for the demerger of Tecmarket Servizi S.p.A. in favour of Banco BPM S.p.A..
