COMUNICAZIONE SETTIMANALE IN MERITO AL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE RELATIVAMENTE AL PERIODO 5 DICEMBRE – 9 DICEMBRE 2022

Milano, 13 dicembre 2022 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società"), leader in Italia e uno dei principali operatori integrati a livello globale nel settore fieristico e congressuale, annuncia di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 5 dicembre e il 9 dicembre 2022 n. 5.024 azioni proprie ad un prezzo medio ponderato giornaliero di euro 3,04 per azione per un controvalore di euro 15.289 nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie comunicato al mercato in data 13 ottobre 2022 e avviato in data 24 ottobre 2022, in seguito all'autorizzazione ottenuta da parte dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti il 22 aprile 2022 e alla deliberazione assunta dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 13 ottobre 2022. Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato indipendente Equita SIM S.p.A.

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD 5 DECEMBER – 9 DECEMBER 2022

Milan, 13 December 2022 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, announces to have acquired during the period from 5 December 2022 to 9 December 2022 no. 5,024 treasury shares at a weighted average price of Euro 3.04 for a total countervalue of Euro 15,289 under the buyback program of treasury shares communicated to the market on October 13 and launched on October 24, 2022 as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 22, 2022 and pursuant to the resolution approved on October 13, 2022 by the Board of Directors. The purchases were made through the independent authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A.

On the basis of information provided by the independent authorized intermediary in charge of carrying out the buyback transactions described in this present press release, here below is a summary of the daily transactions, in aggregate form.
