Rome, 14 december 2022 – Net Insurance, with reference to the settlement agreement defined with Mr. G. Torzi referred to in the press release of 8 March 2022, announces that as of today the amount of EUR 550,000, whose collection had been defined for 30 November 2022, based on the judicial settlement, has not been paid to the Group's Companies.
The Company will consider how to assert its creditor reasons in the appropriate venues and, in particular, the declaration of bankruptcy under English law of Torzi.
Finally, Net Insurance reminds that the aforesaid sums have not been estimated profits inside of the Industrial Plan 2022-2025 and the same ones, in any way, are not recognized in the financial statement.
