CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI 2023

Torino (TO), 15 dicembre 2022 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto, ai sensi dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, il calendario degli eventi societari dell'esercizio 2023:

DATA	EVENTO
27/03/23	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio della Società ed il bilancio consolidato del Gruppo relativo all'esercizio che si chiuderà il 31 dicembre 2022
27/04/23	Assemblea dei Soci per l'approvazione del bilancio della Società al 31 dicembre 2022 e la presentazione del bilancio consolidato della Società al 31 dicembre 2022 in prima convocazione, e il 28 aprile 2023, per la eventuale seconda convocazione
28/09/23	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale consolidata della Società al 30 giugno 2023 volontariamente sottoposta a revisione contabile limitata.

Osai A.S. provvederà a comunicare tempestivamente al mercato eventuali variazioni alle date sopra indicate.

2023 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Torino (TO), 15th December 2023 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker OSA), an innovative company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces, pursuant to article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the calendar of corporate events in 2023:

DATE	EVENT
March 27th 2023	Board of Directors for the approval of the Company's draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ending on 31 December 2022
April 27th 2023	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Company's financial statements as at 31 December 2022 and the presentation of the Company's consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022 on first call, and on 28 April 2023, for any second call
September 28th 2023	Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half-yearly financial report of the Company as at 30 June 2023 voluntarily subjected to a limited audit.

Osai A.S. will promptly notify the market of any changes to the dates indicated above.
