Notification of changes in share capital in CIR S.p.A.

Milan, 21 December 2022 - Pursuant to Article 85-bis, paragraph 2, of Consob Regulation No. 11971/99, CIR S.p.A. - Compagnie Industriali Riunite ("CIR") announces that, following the expiration of the term referred to in Article 2445, paragraph 3, of the Italian Civil Code, the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 12 September 2022 (registered at the Companies Registry on 19 September 2022) regarding the voluntary reduction of the share capital from EUR 638,603,657.00 to EUR 420,000,000.00 has been implemented, with the number of shares comprising this share capital remaining unchanged at 1,107,207,314.

CIR's updated bylaws, filed and registered today with the Companies Registry, are available to the public at CIR's registered office, on the website at www.cirgroup.it/en/governancesystem/bylaws-codes-and-procedures/, on the authorized eMarket STORAGE mechanism available at , managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A., and in the further manner provided for by current regulations.
