Saipem: calendario degli eventi societari per l'anno 2023
Milano, 22 dicembre 2022 - Saipem comunica le date di diffusione al pubblico dei risultati economico finanziari che saranno esaminati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione e dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti nel corso del 2023.
È confermata, anche per l'esercizio 2023, la redazione e pubblicazione, su base volontaria, dei resoconti intermedi di gestione al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre, in continuità con il contenuto informativo ed i termini di approvazione e di pubblicazione già comunicati al mercato il 16 dicembre 2016.

Milan (Italy), December 22, 2022 – Saipem announces the following dates for the publication of its financial results, which will be approved by the Board of Directors and by the Shareholders' Meeting in 2023.
Saipem intends to continue preparing and disclosing, also in 2023, on a voluntary basis, the Interim Reports at March 31 and September 30, in keeping with the information content, terms of approval and publication, already released to the market on December 16, 2016.
