MONDO TV: emessi 2 bond convertibili per un controvalore di Euro 500.000 relativi all'accordo di investimento con Atlas approvato dall'assemblea lo scorso 29 aprile 2022
23 dicembre 2022 – Si comunica che per effetto della richiesta inviata dalla Mondo TV in data 29 aprile 2022 (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data) sono stati emessi 2 ulteriori Bond delle prima tranche di cui all'accordo di investimento tra la Mondo TV S.p.A. e Atlas Capital Markets approvato dall'assemblea della Mondo TV lo scorso 29 aprile 2022.
Si rammenta che la prima tranche ha ad oggetto 28 Bond, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 7.000.000. Atlas si è avvalsa della possibilità di suddividere il pagamento e pertanto in data odierna sono stati emessi 2 Bond per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 500.000 che si aggiungono ai 10 bond emessi in data 13 giugno 2022, agli 8 bond emessi in data 25 maggio 2022, ai 2 bond emessi in data 20 ottobre 2022 e a 1 bond emesso in data 4 novembre 2022 (cfr. i relativi comunicati stampa in pari data).
Pertanto risultano ancora 5 bond da emettere nell'ambito della unica tranche rimasta dopo la rinuncia alla seconda tranche comunicata in data 26 settembre 2022.

MONDO TV: 2 convertible bonds have been issued with a principal amount of Euro 500,000 under the investment agreement with Atlas approved by the shareholders' meeting on last 29 April 2022
23 December 2022 – Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that by virtue of the notice sent by Mondo on last 29 April 2022 (see press release on such date), 2 Bonds have been issued of the first tranche provided by the agreement entered into with Atlas Capital Markets and approved by Mondo TV's shareholders' meeting on 29 April 2022.
It is recalled that the first tranche relates to 28 convertible bonds for a principal amount of Euro 7,000,000. Atlas availed of the possibility to partially defer the payment, and thus today 2 convertible bonds have been issued, for a principal amount of Euros 500,000, in addition to the 10 Bonds issued on 13 June 2022, the 8 Bonds issued on 25 May 2022, the 2 Bonds issued on 20 October 2022 and 1 Bond issued last 4 November 2022 (see the related press releases on the same dates).
Therefore, there are still 5 Bonds to be issued as part of the single tranche remaining after the waiver of the second tranche communicated on 26 September 2022.
