Salvatore Poloni steps down as Joint General Manager of Banco BPM
Milan, 29 December 2022 - As anticipated on 21 December last, Banco BPM announces that Mr. Salvatore Poloni, as of 31 December 2022, shall leave the position of Co-General Manager Resources Area of Banco BPM, after a long and esteemed career, to join the Solidarity Fund.
Banco BPM and CEO Giuseppe Castagna express their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Poloni for his appreciated professional skills and assiduous and profitable commitment as Co-General Manager since the establishment of Banco BPM in January 2017, as well as for the availability he has continued to provide with his contribution of experience and professionalism in favour of the Group.
The termination of the office does not entail the payment of specific indemnities or compensation, except for the continuation of the current incentive plans, in accordance with the remuneration policies.
