CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR 2023

Bologna, 10 January 2023

Pursuant to Article 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the Rules of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the calendar of corporate events scheduled for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 is hereby announced.

Thursday 9 February 2023	Preliminary consolidated results for 2022
Thursday 23 March 2023	Annual financial report: approval of the draft financial statements, the consolidated financial statements and the management report for 2022
Thursday 11 May 2023	Additional interim financial information at 31 March 2023
Thursday 10 August 2023	Interim financial report: approval of the condensed interim consolidated financial statements and the interim management report at 30 June 2023
