Pisa, 12 th January 2023 - PharmaNutra S.p.A. (the "Company") announces the dates for the approval of the financial results of the Company by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting:

March 16th, 2023	Board of Directors for the approval of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2022
April 26th, 2023	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2022
th May 8 , 2023	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements as of 31st March 2023
September 11th , 2023	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Half-Yearly Report as of 30th June 2023
th November 6 , 2023	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements as of 30th September 2023

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market timely.
