During 2023, the Company plans to participate to the STAR event organized in Milan by Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group from 21st to 23rd March.
Pursuant to article 2.2.3 paragraph 3, letter a) of the Regulation of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group, the Company informs that it will exercise the right not to publish the report relating to the fourth quarter of 2023 and the draft of Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2023, as well as the additional documentation pursuant to
article 154-ter, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 58/98, will be made available to the public within 90 days from the end of the 2023.
The Company will publish the Interim Management Reports according to the provisions of art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, letter f) of the Regulation of Organized Markets Managed by Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group
