Verona, 17 January 2023 - In compliance with article 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., following the press release of 30 January 2017, Banco BPM S.p.A. herewith announces its calendar of corporate events for the year 2023, as specified below:
| 7 February 2023 | Approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the year 2022 and proposal for the allocation of the result |

| 14 March 2023 | Approval of the Annual Financial Report including the draft financial statements of the Parent Company and the consolidated financial statements for the year 2022 |
| 20 April 2023 | Shareholders' Meeting |
| 8 May 2023 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 31 March 2023 |
| 3 August 2023 | Approval of the half-year report as at 30 June 2023 |
| 7 November 2023 | Approval of additional periodic information as at 30 September 2023 |
Pursuant to article 12.1 of the company articles of association, the Board of Directors has specified that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be convened in the city of Milan.
On the occasion of the approval of Banco BPM Group results for the period, these shall be announced through the dissemination of a special press release within which, among other things, useful indications will be provided for the participation in the respective conference calls for the presentation of the results to the financial community.
