Pisa, 24 gennaio 2023 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. (la "Società") rende noto, ai sensi dell'articolo 2.6.2 del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana, che il calendario annuale degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2023 viene integrato come indicato nella tabella sottostante. Tutte le altre date rimangono, invece, al momento confermate come da comunicato diffuso il 12 gennaio 2023.

Pisa, 24th January 2023 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, the 2023 corporate events calendar is integrated as indicated in the table below. All the other dates are currently confirmed as per the press release issued on the 12th of January 2023.
