APPROVATO IL CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI 2023
30 gennaio 2023 Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al mercato Euronext di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione in data odierna ha approvato il seguente calendario degli eventi societari:

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato, ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all'art. 82-ter, comma 2 del Regolamento Emittenti, di interrompere a partire dall'esercizio 2023 la pubblicazione delle informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive, al fine di ridurre l'onerosità dei processi amministrativi necessari per la formazione dell'informativa finanziaria periodica aggiuntiva sino ad ora fornita al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre, e anche al fine di focalizzare meglio l'attenzione sulle performance di medio-lungo periodo.
Eventuali variazioni alle date sopra riportate saranno comunicate tempestivamente.

January 30, 2023. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that today the Board of Directors has approved the following calendar of company events:

The Board of Directors resolved, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 82-ter, paragraph 2 of the Issuers' Regulations, to discontinue the publication of additional periodic financial information starting from the financial year 2023, in order to reduce the burdensome nature of the administrative processes required for the formation of the additional periodic financial information until now provided at 31 March and 30 September, and also in order to better focus attention on medium-long term performance.
Any changes to the above dates will be promptly communicated.
