PRESS RELEASE ASCOPIAVE: The 2022-2026 strategic plan is being approved

Ascopiave herein notifies that a Board of Directors Meeting has been convened on 9th February 2023 for the approval of the strategy plan 2022-2026.

In the event of a positive outcome, Ascopiave herein informs that a press release will be published, drawn up pursuant to Article IA.2.6.6 of Instructions governing the Regulations of Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., featuring the main elements of the plan and related assumptions, in accordance with applicable legislation, and the said strategy plan will be immediately presented, following the Board Meeting, on 9th February 2023 at 14.15 hours, during an event reserved for investors and financial analysts.

Moreover, the strategy plan that will be presented during the event will be preventively available to the public at the company's headquarters, at the premises of Borsa Italiana and through the "eMarket SDIR-eMarket Storage" system managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. It will also be published in the Investor Relations section of the website www.gruppoascopiave.it.

The Ascopiave Group is one of the leading operators in natural gas distribution in the country.

The Group owns concessions and direct assignments for the management of activities in 305 towns, supplying services to over 880,000 inhabitants, through a network of over 14,500 kilometres. Ascopiave is also a partner of the Hera Group in the sale of gas and electricity, through a 40% stake in Est Energy, a leading operator in the field holding a portfolio of more than 1 million sales contracts to end users, mainly in Veneto, Friuli Venezia-Giulia and Lombardy regions.

In the water sector, Ascopiave is a shareholder and technological partner of Cogeide, which manages the integrated water service in 15 Towns within the Bergamo Province, serving a population of 100 thousand-plus inhabitants, through a network of 880 km.

In addition, Ascopiave operates in the renewable energy field, through 28 hydro-electric and wind power stations, with a rated capacity of 62.5 MW. Through its subsidiary Salinella Eolico S.r.l., Ascopiave is about to undertake the erection of a wind power plant.

Ascopiave has been listed under the Euronext Star Milan segment of Borsa Italiana since 12th December 2006.
