FinecoBank is considering a possible issuance of Senior Preferred instruments
Milan, 15 February 2023
FinecoBank informs that it is considering a possible issuance of Senior Preferred instruments.
Fineco has given mandate to BNP Paribas and UniCredit AG (arrangers of EMTN programme1 ) and to Société Generale (all as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers) to arrange meetings with potential investors in Europe, starting from today.
Following the investors' feedback and subject to favorable market conditions, FinecoBank reserves the right to proceed with the issuance of a Senior Preferred instrument. The notes will be issued under the EMTN Programme, will be denominated in Euros and intended for subscription by qualified investors, for an expected nominal amount of €300 million, which will allow the Bank to have an additional buffer above MREL LRE fully loaded requirement.
The Senior Preferred instrument will be listed on the Euronext Dublin Regulated Market. The widest powers have been granted to the CEO and the General Manager to make any assessments regarding the actual execution of the issue, based on market conditions.
