WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD 13 FEBRUARY – 17 FEBRUARY 2023

Milan, 21 February 2023 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators in the world in the exhibition and congress industry, announces to have acquired during the period from 13 February 2023 to 17 February 2023 no. 45,000 treasury shares at a weighted average price of Euro 2.92 for a total countervalue of Euro 131,536 under the buyback program of treasury shares communicated to the market on October 13 and launched on October 24, 2022 as authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 22, 2022 and pursuant to the resolution approved on October 13, 2022 by the Board of Directors. The purchases were made through the independent authorized intermediary Equita SIM S.p.A.

On the basis of information provided by the independent authorized intermediary in charge of carrying out the buyback transactions described in this present press release, here below is a summary of the daily transactions, in aggregate form.
