AGREEMENT WITH INTESA SANPAOLO ON THE TRANSFER OF TAX CREDITS AMOUNTING TO EURO 600 MILLION
Milan, 27 February 2023 – Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: OJM), one of the leading employment agencies, listed on the STAR segment of Euronext Milan and operated by Borsa Italiana, signed an agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo for the transfer of tax credits amounting to Euro 600 million.
The agreement reached between Openjobmetis S.p.A and Intesa Sanpaolo allows for the full implementation of the "Decreto Aiuti" (Aid Decree), which provides for the possibility of transfer for the business world.
Therefore, Openjobmetis S.p.A is actively contributing to the recovery of the credit transfer market, helping many companies in the construction sector and households in difficulty due to the block of credit transfers.
The Managing Director Rosario Rasizza commented, "We are pleased to announce the partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo, the first bank to announce operations in this area.
