Roma, 27 Luglio 2017 – Avio S.p.A. rende nota la variazione del capitale sociale (interamente sottoscritto e versato) a seguito dell'esercizio di n. 508.008 Market Warrant di Avio S.p.A. relativi al periodo dal 16 al 30 giugno 2017 per la sottoscrizione di n. 137.823 Azioni di Compendio di Avio S.p.A. e conseguente aumento del capitale sociale per un importo di € 13.782,30. La relativa attestazione è stata depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma in data 26 luglio 2017.

Rome, 27 July, 2017 – We hereby notify the new fully paid-up share capital following the exercise of n. 508,008 Avio S.p.A. Market Warrants for the period from 16 to 30 June 2017 for the subscription of n. 137,823 conversion shares and the related share capital increase for an amount of € 13,782.30.

The related certificate was filed at the Rome Companies' Register on the 26th of July 2017.
