Update on 2023 Corporate Events Calendar

Milan, 28 February 2023 - Further to the press release issued last 17 January 2023, Banco BPM communicates that:

• the approval of the Annual Financial Report, including the Parent Company's draft financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements for the year 2022, will be submitted at the Board meeting on 7 March 2023, instead of the meeting originally scheduled on 14 March 2023;
• the approval of the Semi-Annual Financial Report as at 30 June 2023 will be submitted at the Board meeting to be held on 2 August 2023, instead of the meeting originally scheduled on 3 August 2023.

The corporate events calendar for the year 2023 is therefore updated as specified here below:

7 February 2023	Approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2022 and proposal for the allocation of the result
7 March 2023	Approval of the Annual Financial Report including the draft financial statements of the Parent Company and the consolidated financial statements for the year 2022
20 April 2023	Shareholders' Meeting
8 May 2023	Approval of additional periodic information as at 31 March 2023
2 August 2023	Approval of the half-year report as at 30 June 2023
7 November 2023	Approval of additional periodic information as at 30 September 2023
