Milan, 2 March 2023 – In relation to the recent press news regarding the finalization of a transaction with Fiere di Parma S.p.A. ("Fiere di Parma") aimed at creating a common European exhibition platform in the agro-food sector (the "Transaction"), Fiera Milano would like to point out that at present any decision regarding the completion of the Transaction is left to the Shareholders' Meeting of Fiere di Parma. Following the decisions taken by the Shareholders' Meeting of Fiere di Parma, the Board of Directors of Fiera Milano will be called to decide on the matter. Further additional information will be disclosed to the market at the time of their determination.
