EDISON: PUBBLICAZIONE DELLA RELAZIONE DEL COLLEGIO SINDACALE 2022
Milano, 7 marzo 2023 – Edison comunica che la Relazione del Collegio Sindacale, predisposta ai sensi dell'art. 153 del D. Lgs. 58/1998, sull'esercizio 2022 è a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede della Società, sul sito di Edison Spa (https://www.edison.it) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().
Si segnala, inoltre, che alla data odierna sono già state pubblicate la Relazione Finanziaria 2022, corredata con le Relazioni della società di Revisione, la Relazione di Corporate Governance con la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, la Dichiarazione Consolidata non Finanziaria e le Relazioni illustrative del Consiglio di amministrazione, con le relative proposte deliberative, sulle materie all'ordine del giorno; e che le stesse sono disponibili nei medesimi luoghi sopra riportati.

EDISON: PUBLICATION OF THE 2022 REPORT OF THE BOARD STATUTORY AUDITORS
Milan, March 7, 2023 – Edison informs that the 2022 Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, pursuant to Art. 153 of legislative decree 58/1998, is available to the public, at the Company's headquarters, on Edison Spa website (https://www.edison.it) and on the authorized storage system "eMarket Storage".
Edison informs also that at the present day the Annual Financial Report at December 31, 2022, together with the Auditing Reports, the Report on Corporate Governance with the Report on compensation policy and on compensation paid, the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement and the illustrative Reports of the Board of Directors, with the related motions for resolution on the issues on the agenda, have been already published and are available to the public in the same manners mentioned above.
