Casnate con Bernate (CO), March 8, 2023 – Gentili Mosconi S.p.A ("Gentili Mosconi"), one of the leading player in the luxury fashion market offering design, transformation, printing and customization services of raw fabrics, mainly supporting international luxury players, gives notice that the greenshoe option for no. 800,000 ordinary shares – granted by the shareholders Francesco Gentili and Patrizia Mosconi to the underwriter (Equita SIM) – has been fully exercised. The stabilisation period has ended.

The Offering, including the Option Shares, amounts to a total of 6,133,333 shares, resulting in a total amount of 23 milion euro, corresponding to approximately 25.3% of the Company's share capital – excluding the Cornerstone Investment.
