PUBLICATION OF THE GUIDELINES ON THE COMPOSITION AND REMUNERATION OF THE NEW BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Rome, 9 March 2023 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") hereby announces that the Guidelines on the composition and remuneration of the new Board of Statutory Auditors, approved by the current expiring Company's Board of Statutory Auditors, are available to the public on the Company's Investor Relations website (https://investors.avio.com/EN/investors/, section "Shareholders' Meeting 2023"), as well as on the "eMarket STORAGE" storage mechanism (), with the aim of providing shareholders with a valuable support tool for the selection of candidates to be included in the lists for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors by the next Shareholders' Meeting.
