PHARMANUTRA S.P.A.: DEPOSITO DOCUMENTAZIONE PER ASSEMBLEA DEGLI AZIONISTI

Pisa, 17 marzo 2023 – Pharmanutra S.p.A. rende noto che la Relazione illustrativa per la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione, punto 3 dell'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea degli azionisti, è disponibile presso la sede legale in Pisa, via delle Lenze 216/b, sul sito della Società www.pharmanutra.it alla sezione Governance / Assemblea degli Azionisti, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" consultabile al sito .

In riferimento all'Assemblea degli azionisti per l'approvazione del Bilancio al 31.12.2022, convocata per il prossimo 26 aprile 2023 esclusivamente mediante mezzi di telecomunicazione, si informa che per l'esercizio del voto è stato conferito incarico di Rappresentante Designato a Monte Titoli SpA; modalità e moduli di delega sono reperibili sul sito internet della Società nella sezione Governance / Assemblea degli Azionisti.

Pisa, 17 March 2023 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. announces that the Directors' Report on item 3 of the Shareholders' Meeting agenda is available in the registered office in Pisa, via delle Lenze 216/b, on the Company website www.pharmanutra.itin the section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting", and in the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" on the website .

With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting for approval of the financial statements as at 31.12.2022, called for 26 April 2023 solely by remote communication means, please note that in order to vote Monte Titoli SpA has been appointed as Designated Representative. Delegation methods and forms can be found on the Company website in the section "Governance / Shareholders' Meeting".
