Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Brugine, March 20, 2023 – Carel Industries S.p.A. announces that during the period from March 13, 2023 through March 14, 2023 it acquired no. 14,999 treasury shares for a total consideration of 374,497.53 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on April 22, 2022.
