FRANCHI UMBERTO MARMI S.P.A.: DISTRIBUZIONE DEI DIVIDENDI 2023

Carrara, 22 marzo 2023 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., azienda leader a livello internazionale nel settore della lavorazione e della commercializzazione del marmo di Carrara, quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan (Ticker: FUM) (la "Società"), rettifica il piano di pagamento dei dividendi.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi lo scorso martedì 21 marzo, in considerazione dell'Utile di esercizio evidenziato dal progetto di bilancio 2022 (pari a 17,2 milioni di Euro), ha proposto la distribuzione di un dividendo pari a circa il 55% dell'Utile Netto pari a Euro 0,29 per azione con ISIN IT0005335754.

A rettifica di quanto comunicato la scorsa settimana, il dividendo, se approvato dall'Assemblea, sarà messo in distribuzione sulla base del seguente calendario:

• (i) stacco cedola: 12 giugno 2023
• (ii) record date: 13 giugno 2023
• (iii) data di pagamento: 14 giugno 2023

FRANCHI UMBERTO MARMI S.P.A.: DISTRIBUTION OF DIVIDENDS 2023

Carrara, 22 March 2023 – The Board of Directors of Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A., a leading international company in the processing and marketing of Carrara marble, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: FUM) (the "Company"), corrected the dividends payment schedule.

The Board of Directors, which met on Tuesday, March 21, in consideration of the profit for the year shown in the 2022 draft financial statements (equal to € 17.2 million), has proposed the distribution of a dividend equal to approximately 55% of the Net Profit or equal to € 0.29 per share with ISIN IT0005335754.

Contrary to what was previously announced last week, the dividend, if approved by the Shareholders' Meeting, will be distributed on the basis of the following calendar:

(i) ex-dividend date: 12 June 2023

(ii) record date: 13 June 2023

(iii) date of payment: 14 June 2023
