Performing status of the senior loan agreement file

Tessellis S.p.A. ('Tessellis' or the 'Company') announces that today, as part of discussions with one of its lending institutions, the return to performing status of the senior loan agreement was formalised.
This important event represents the main preparatory condition for the start of the renegotiation of the terms of the senior loan, which the Company has undertaken to better serve the implementation of the business plan, and in relation to which Tessellis is preparing the documentation required by the lending institutions.
