Pisa, 27 marzo 2023 – Pharmanutra S.p.A. rende noto che le Relazioni degli Amministratori sui punti nn. 1 e 2 dell'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea degli azionisti sono disponibili presso la sede legale in Pisa, via delle Lenze 216/b, sul sito della Società www.pharmanutra.it alla sezione Governance / Assemblea degli Azionisti, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" consultabile al sito .
