Net Insurance: Published notice call of Shareholders' meeting and provision of documentation

Rome, 28 march 2023 – Net Insurance announces that today the following documents have been made available to the public on the Company's website (in the section "Investor Relations"), as well as at the storage mechanism:

• call notice of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Net Insurance S.p.A. on 27 April 2023, at 11.00 in single call, at the registered office in Rome, via Giuseppe Antonio Guattani n. 4, (with entrance on via Nomentana no. 96);
• extract of the aforementioned call notice, published today in the national newspaper "La Notizia", pursuant to applicable law;
• explanatory reports of the Board of Directors pursuant to the article no. 125-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 on the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting.

Further documentation on the topics on the agenda will be made available to the public in terms of law and regulations by filing at the registered office, on the corporate website, as well as at the storage mechanism emarket Storage.

Participation in the Shareholders' Meeting by the entitled parties may also take place via telecommunications tools that allow for their identification, according to the methods individually communicated to them at their request.
