PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 28, 2023

Rome, March 28, 2023 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company") informs that a Report on the Remuneration Policy and Compensation Paid prepared in accordance with Article 123-ter of the TUF as well as the Disclosure Documents of the compensation plans based on financial instruments updated in accordance with Article. 114-bis of the TUF, are available to the public at the registered office at Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Section "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting 2023") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (). Additional documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting, as required by current regulations, will be made available to the public, in the manner and within the time limits prescribed by law.
