Tessellis S.p.A. ("Tessellis" or the "Company"), listed on the MTA segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. announces a change in the corporate calendar with the postponement of the approval of the draft annual financial report 2022, previously scheduled for March 30th, 2023.

The Company has decided to postpone the approval of the annual financial report, which is already in an advanced state of preparation, in order to complete all ancillary activities to its evaluation by the Board of Directors. The process of preparing the draft financial report has been slowed down by the internal reorganization of administrative structures post integration of Tiscali and Linkem Retail and the implementation of new and more efficient IT systems dedicated to them.

The Board of Directors will approve the draft financial statements on May 11th, 2023 at 3 p.m.

As a result of the above, the Company's Shareholders' Meeting originally scheduled for April 27, 2023 to approve the 2022 budget will be held on June 12th, 2023 at noon.
