RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE 2022
Vimercate (MB) 29 marzo 2023 – Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2022 e la Relazione annuale sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari ai sensi dell'articolo 123bis del D.Lgs. 58/1998 (Testo Unico della Finanza), nonché le relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della società di Revisione, sono disponibili presso la sede legale e sono consultabili sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo https://www.esprinet.com, nella sezione Investitori – Assemblea degli Azionisti, e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato all'indirizzo https://.
Sono altresì pubblicati con le medesime modalità e depositati presso la sede sociale il "Bilancio di Sostenibilità 2022 – Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario" con l'attestazione della società di Revisione richiesta dall'art. 3, comma 10, del D.Lgs. 254/2016 e la Relazione sulla Politica di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti prevista dall'art. 123ter del Testo Unico della Finanza.
