AVVISO DI DEPOSITO RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE AL 31 DICEMBRE 2022
Biadene di Montebelluna, 29 marzo 2023- Si rende noto che la relazione finanziaria annuale 2022 è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale Via Feltrina Centro n. 16, 31044 in Biadene di Montebelluna e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio eMarket Storage (). Il documento è, altresì, consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.geox.biz, nella sezione Governance "Assemblea degli Azionisti 2023".
La relazione finanziaria annuale 2022 comprende il Progetto di Bilancio d'Esercizio e il Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2022, approvati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione di Geox S.p.A., corredati dalla relazione sulla gestione e dall'attestazione del dirigente preposto ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis, del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998 (di seguito "TUF") nonché dalla dichiarazione contenente le informazioni non finanziarie, unitamente all'attestazione della società di revisione legale, ed è messa a disposizione del pubblico, nelle modalità indicate sopra, unitamente alla relazione del Collegio Sindacale ai sensi dell'art. 153 del TUF, alla relazione della Società di Revisione, alla Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ed alla Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari.
I bilanci e/o i prospetti riepilogativi delle società controllate e collegate di Geox S.p.A., in conformità al disposto dell'art. 2429 Codice Civile e le situazioni contabili delle società controllate ex art. 15 Regolamento Mercati, sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale.
*** NOTICE OF FILING OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AT DECEMBER 31, 2022
Biadene Montebelluna, March 29, 2023 - Geox announces that its 2022 Annual Financial report is now available to the general public at the company's head office, in Via Feltrina Centro no. 16, 31044 Biadene di Montebelluna, and on the authorized storage system eMarket Storage (). The report is also available on the company's website www.geox.biz, under the section Governance – "Shareholders' Meeting 2023".
The 2022 Annual Financial report includes the Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements at December 31, 2022, approved by the Board of Directors of Geox S.p.A., accompanied by the directors' report and the declaration made by the Financial Reporting Manager pursuant to art. 154-bis of (Italian) Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (hereafter the "Consolidated Finance Act") and by the Statement containing Non-Financial information with the Independent Auditor's declaration. This report has been made available to the general public as stated above, together with the Statutory Auditors' report pursuant to Art. 153 of the Consolidated Finance Act, the Independent Auditor's report, the Remuneration Report and the Report on the Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure.
The financial statements and/or the summary schedules of the subsidiaries and associates of Geox S.p.A., in accordance with the requirements of article 2429 of the Italian civil code and the accounting situations of the subsidiaries pursuant to article 15 of the Market Regulation are also available at the company's registered office.
