UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. announces that the information document on transactions of greater significance with related parties, drawn up in accordance with article 5 of the Regulation adopted by Consob with Decision no. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as amended, regarding: "Partnership agreement between the Unipol Group and the BPER Group in the long-term rental business and related operations" is available to the public at the registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (), and on the website (www.unipolsai.com) under the Governance/Related Parties Operations section.
