Landi Renzo's Annual Financial Report as of December 31, 2022, is now available

Cavriago (RE), March 31, 2023 - It is announced that, today, the following documents were made available to the general public at the Company's headquarter, the Company's website (www.landirenzogroup.com, Investors section) and on the "eMarket Storage" platform ():

• the Annual Financial Report as of December 31, 2022 (including: the draft Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022; the Report of the Board of Directors on Operations; the attestations pursuant to Article 154-bis of the TUF; the Non-Financial Statement as of December 31, 2022; the Reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors);

• the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to Article 123-bis of the TUF;

• the Financial Statements of Significant Non-EU Subsidiaries prepared for the purpose of consolidated financial statements, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of Consob "Market Regulations" No. 20249/2017.
