Pisa, 31 marzo 2023 – Pharmanutra S.p.A. rende noto che sono disponibili presso la sede legale in Pisa, via delle Lenze 216/b, sul sito della Società www.pharmanutra.it alla sezione Governance / Assemblea degli Azionisti, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" consultabile al sito , la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2022, approvata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 16 marzo 2023 comprendente la relazione del Collegio Sindacale e della Società di Revisione unitamente alla Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari.

Pisa, 31st March 2023 – PharmaNutra S.p.A. announces that are available in the registered office in Pisa, via delle Lenze 216/b, on the Company website www.pharmanutra.it in the section "Governance/ Shareholders' Meeting", and in the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" on the website , the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2022, approved by the Board of Directors on 16 March 2023, including the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors together with the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure.
Founded and led by the President Andrea Lacorte and Vice President Roberto Lacorte, PharmaNutra was established in 2003. It develops unique nutritional supplements and innovative nutritional devices, handling the entire production process, from proprietary raw materials to finished product. The efficacy of the products has been demonstrated with a wealth of scientific evidence, with 112 studies published involving more than 7000 subjects. The Group distributes and sells its products in Italy and abroad.
