Net Insurance: Publication of documents
Rome, 31 march 2023 – Net Insurance announces that today the following documents have been made available to the public on the Company's website (in the section "Investor Relations"), as well as at the storage mechanism:
- Net Insurance S.p.A. financial statements as at 31 December 2022, including the reports of the Board of Directors, Independent Auditors and Board of Statutory Auditors;
- Consolidated Financial Statements of the Net Insurance Group as at 31 December 2022, including the reports of the Board of Directors, Independent Auditors and Board of Statutory Auditors;
- Report on corporate governance and ownership structures, pursuant to Article 123-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998.
