Rome, March 31, 2023 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or the "Company) announces that the Annual Financial Report, including the Consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2022, the Separate financial statements of the company at December 31, 2022, the Directors' Report, the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, the statements as per Article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 ('CFA'), in addition to the Reports drawn up by the independent audit firm and the Board of Statutory Auditors' report, have been made available to the public at the registered office, and on the company website at www.avio.com ("Investors/Shareholders' Meetings, 2023 Shareholders' Meeting" section) and on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().

Also available to the public, in the same manner, are the Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure Report prepared in accordance with Article 123-bis of the CFA; the Remuneration Policy and Report prepared in accordance with Article 123- ter of the CFA, as well as the updated sharebased compensation plan disclosure documents.
