GRUPPO MONDO TV: Depositato e reso pubblico il bilancio al 31 dicembre 2022 unitamente alla relazione del collegio sindacale e della società di revisione

1 aprile 2023 - Mondo TV S.p.A. - a capo dell'omonimo Gruppo attivo nella produzione e distribuzione di "cartoons" per la TV ed il cinema – informa che in nella serata di ieri sono stati depositati e pubblicati sul sito di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket storage" i seguenti documenti:

• 1. relazione finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2022 (bilancio di esercizio e consolidato)
• 1. relazioni del collegio sindacale al bilancio di esercizio e al bilancio consolidato
• 1. relazioni della società incaricata della revisione dei conti (bilancio di esercizio e bilancio consolidato) senza rilievi.

I medesimi documenti sono resi disponibili sul sito della società.

L'ulteriore documentazione per l'assemblea convocata per il 28 aprile 2023, in sede ordinaria e in unica convocazione, sarà depositata nei termini e con le modalità di legge e regolamento applicabili.

MONDO TV GROUP: The financial statements as at 31 December 2022 filed and made public together with the report of the board of statutory auditors and the independent auditors

1 April 2023 - Mondo TV S.p.A. - head of the group under same name and active in the production and distribution of "cartoons" for TV and cinema - informs that yesterday evening the following documents have been filed and published on the authorized storage site "eMarket storage":

• 1. annual financial report as at 31 December 2022 (separate and consolidated financial statements)
• 1. reports of the board of statutory auditors on the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements
• 1. reports from the company responsible for auditing the accounts (financial statements and consolidated financial statements) without findings.

The same documents are made available on the company website.

The additional documentation for the shareholders' meeting called for 28 April 2023, in ordinary session and on single call, will be filed within the terms and upon modalities set forth by applicable law and regulation.
