Gas Plus S.p.A.: updated 2023 financial calendar

Milan, 4 April 2023 pursuant to Section 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b), of the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Markets Rules ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), Gas Plus S.p.A informs about the updating of the 2023 financial calendar, published on 30 January 2023.

The Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2022 (sole call) set for 23 June 2023 is postponed to 29 June 2023. The date (7 September 2023) of the Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2023 is confirmed.

Please find below, the updated financial calendar 2023, available also on the web-site www.gasplus.it, section Investor Relations.

29 June: Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2022 (sole call)

7 September: Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2023

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned Board of Directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.
