MONDO TV: raggiunta intesa preliminare per un set di contratti con tre nuovi clienti e distributori turchi per prodotti della library della Mondo TV

Il corrispettivo cumulato di tali intese impatterà per circa il 3% del fatturato atteso per il 2023 in base all'ultimo business plan approvato e comunicato

Primo passo della nuova strategia di spostamento a ovest del business della Società

5 aprile 2023 – Mondo TV annuncia di aver raggiunto tre intese preliminari rispettivamente con Fauna Entertainment (https://www.fauna.ist/, con Media Project House Sinema Reklam Pazarlama Ve Ticaret Limited (https://www.mediaprojecthouse.com/) e Cybele produksyion Reklam Ve Organizasyon Ve Medya Hizmetleri Anonim Sirketi, tutte con sede a Istanbul (Turchia) per la distribuzione di diversi programmi della library Mondo TV in diversi territori a seconda dei programmi.

Le intese sono per la concessione di licenze per periodi variabili da tre a cinque anni.

Il corrispettivo cumulato di tali intese impatterà per circa il 3% del fatturato atteso per il 2023 in base all'ultimo business plan approvato dal Consiglio di amministrazione e da ultimo comunicato al mercato in data 24 marzo 2023.

Con queste prime intese dopo l'approvazione del nuovo business plan si avvia la strategia di focalizzazione del business verso clienti di provenienza euro-atlantica.

MONDO TV: preliminary understandings reached for a set of contracts with three new Turkish customers and distributors for Mondo TV library products

The cumulative consideration for these understandings will have an impact of approximately 3% of the expected turnover for 2023, based on the latest approved and communicated business plan

First step of the new strategy of moving the Company's business westward

5 April 2023: Mondo TV announces that it has reached three preliminary agreements respectively with Fauna Entertainment, (https://www.fauna.ist/), with Media Project House Sinema Reklam Pazarlama Ve Ticaret Limited (https://www.mediaprojecthouse.com/) and Cybele produksyion Reklam Ve Organizasyon Ve Medya Hizmetleri Anonim Sirketi, all based in Istanbul (Turkey), for the distribution of various programs from the Mondo TV library in a number of territories diversified from program to program.

The agreements are for the granting of licenses for periods ranging from three to five years.

The cumulative consideration for these understandings will have an impact of approximately 3% of the expected turnover for 2023, based on the latest business plan approved by the Board of Directors and most recently communicated to the market on 24 March 2023.

With these first understandings after the approval of the new business plan, the strategy of focusing the business on customers of Euro-Atlantic origin is launched.
