SLATES OF CANDIDATES PUBLISHED FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE AVIO S.P.A. BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Colleferro, 5 April 2023 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio") hereby announces that the slates of candidates for the appointment of its Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, submitted by Shareholders in accordance with the applicable regulations, are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.avio.com) in the "Investors/Shareholders' Meeting/2023" section, and on the "eMarket STORAGE" authorised storage mechanism ().
The slates submitted and published (numbered according to the order of submission) are as follows:
Slates for the appointment of the Board of Directors
▪ Slate No. 1 - presented by the Board of Directors on March 14, 2023, containing the following candidates: 1. Roberto Italia; 2. Giulio Ranzo; 3. Letizia Colucci; 4. Giovanni Gorno Tempini; 5. (shareholding of 29.63% of the share capital), containing the following candidates and also including the proposal regarding item 4.3 on the Agenda (Establishment of the remuneration of the Board of Statutory Auditors): (i) in the section of the slate relating to Statutory Auditors, the candidates 1. Mario Matteo Busso, 2. Michela Zeme, 3. Maurizio De Magistris; (ii) in the section of the slate relating to Alternate Auditors, the candidates 1. Sara Fornasiero, 2. Claudio Coen.
