Firenze – April 6th, 2023 – El.En. SpA, leader on the laser market listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, following the communication issued on last March 28th, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the "Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid under art. 123-ter TUF and 84-quarter Reg. Consob 11971/1999" is now available to the public at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. published on the website www.elengroup.com (section Investor Relations/ governance/Shareholders' meeting documents/ 2023/Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' meeting April 27th, 2023 – May 15th , 2023") and on the authorized storage website

Shareholders may obtain a hard copy version of such documentation at their own expense.
