PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION
Rome, April 6th, 2023 - doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company") announces that the Explanatory report of the Board of Directors referred to point 1 on the agenda of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting with corrections related to Article 13 par. 7 and 17 (E) and (F) has been made available to the public today
The aforementioned document together with all the documentation concerning the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of April 27th, 2023 is available to the public at the registered office, by appointment, on the company website www.dovalue.it in the section "Governance – Shareholders' Meeting April 27th, 2023" and on the centralized storage mechanism eMarket Storage accessible on the website .
