Firenze, April 13th 2023 – El.En. SpA, leader on the laser market listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the form for the delegation and the form for the proxy to the Appointed Representative have been published today on the Company's website www.elengroup.com section Investor Relations/Governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2023/ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting April 27th, 2023 – May 15th, 2023, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a, (eMarket SDIR) and a copy of such documents is now available at the Company's registered office and on the authorized storage website .
