PUBLICATION OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING NOTICE OF CALL AND FILING OF THE DOCUMENTATION

Milan, 13 April 2023 - Datrix S.p.A., Datrix or the Company - Ticker DATA, leader in the development of Augmented Analytics solutions and services based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Models for the data-driven growth of companies, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, ISIN code IT000546837, announces that the notice of call of the Company's Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for 28 April 2023 at 10:00 at the Company's offices in Milan, in Foro Buonaparte 71 and, if necessary, on second call for 29 April 2023, same place and same time, was published on the Company's website at https://datrixgroup.com/investor-relations/assemblee/ and on , as well as an extract in the newspaper "Libero".

It should be noted that the record date for attending and exercising the right of vote at the shareholders' meeting is set for 19 April 2023.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022, accompanied by the management report of the Board of Directors, the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors, the forms for the proxies and sub-proxies to the designated representative, the explanatory report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda as well as the reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the appointment of the audit firm, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 39/2010. The Company reminds that the participation of shareholders in the meeting will take place exclusively through the designated representative Monte Titoli S.p.A. based in Piazza Affari 6, 20213, Milan.
